Is a member of the PAI team in China
• Supports Front Office PAI as needed to ensure timely and quality service to the clients of PAI
• Provides Back Office teams with all necessary input to ensure timely and quality service on processing of banking products.
Keep an updated customer profile data base (i.e.
client contact list), answer client's phone calls and make necessary actions to ensure that the complete and concise solutions/answers are provided on a timely basis.
Keep clients updated of changes in regulations and rules.
Deal with daily transactional works.
Process the instructions received from clients including Payment, Loan&Depo, L/C, Guarantee, FX deals, etc and coordinate with operations.
Follow up required transactional documents and its related matters (i.e.
fax agreement, exceptional approval…)
Escalate issues to RM and department head to ensure that snags and issues received appropriate attention for resolution
Collect related documentation according to check list and provide account service to corporate clients such as KYC, radical/account opening, closure and account maintenance
Cross check and valid OPTIM contractual documentation
Department consolidation (bank statement reconciliation, fax indemnity etc.)
To be aware of the main regulations and guidelines by local regulators which are related to her function
and take reasonable steps and actions to contribute to the fraud prevention
Perform other tasks assigned by department head
