? Ensure permanent presence at reception desk within working hours (weekly shift with the other
? Handle incoming calls and administrative duties for Management and collaborators (distribute and
organize mails and express couriers, faxes, check all mail boxes, prepare various correspondences,
keep agendas and data bases up-to-date, maintain conference rooms and meeting reservations,
? Maintain co-operative and client oriented environment at the reception and timely, efficient service to
the group collaborators and Clients/Visitors
? Manage corporate-client relationships for maximum satisfaction
? Manage petty cash
? Order office supplies and refreshments
? Communicate and negotiate with suppliers if/when necessary

At least 5 years' experience in a similar position

? High School graduate or equivalent
? Fluent in English and French (a third languages is an asset)
? At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
? Excellent presentation and discreet
? Ability to respect a high level of confidentiality
? Proficient user of PC/MS Office applications
? Ability to perform duties under pressure
? Accuracy and attention to detail
? Strong communication, interpersonal skills, service-oriented
? Maintain good working relationships with co-workers, clients/visitors and counterparties
