Our client is a company from the financial sector in the Geneva area.

You will be in charge of the reception

- incoming phone calls and daily emails management

- welcome guests

- front office supplies management

- archiving, scanning

- office management



You will also

- assist your team for various administrative duties

- manage the invoicing (clients and suppliers)

- produce reports, presentations and briefs about financial investments

- take care of the documents lay out

- manage expenses reports

You are fluent in both French and English

You have a prior experience in a similar role

You have :

- a background in compliance, legal and/or finance

- a previous experience as Receptionist / Administrative Assistant and/or Junior Trust Officer Assistant

- maximum 2 years of experience within a similar environment

- excellent internal and external communication skills

- outstanding organizational and time management skills

- attention to detail - IT skills (MS Office).

You are :

- bilingual in French and English - B2/C1 level required

- loyal with a high sense of confidentiality

- able to multi-task and work under pressure

- a self driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset

possibility to work part time (80-90%) or full time (100%)
