Administrative officer

For our client, an international company in the financial sector, we are looking for an energetic personality (m/f/d) with several years of experience in the field of assistance.

Administrative support of the Corporate Facility Management

First point of contact for internal and external queries

Translation of documents regarding technical reports

Preparing relevant documents (presentations, reports, expenses, etc.)

Arranging international travel, including visas and organizing accommodation

Maintenance of the intranet

International established Financial Company in Basel

Challenging environment

Several years of experience in an international environment, preferably in a technical environment

Excellent written and spoken English & German proficiency

Excellent IT skills (MS Office, SharePoint)

Motivated and fast learner, experience in a fast and multi-cultural environment

Independent, committed as well as organization-strong way of working

Team player with the ability to adapt to various situations

Strong customer focus and ability to adapt to various situations
