Our client is an international company.

For senior managers, you will be in charge of :

- travel organization, visa requests and expenses reports

- meetings/board meetings planning and organization

- lunch & events planning and organization

- event coordination and organization

- various administrative duties : correspondences, reports, proofreading

- business follow up : ability to liaise with different departments (legal, compliance, finance, etc)

- deadlines to respect and ensure the right key contact are aware

You have a previous experience as Executive and Business Assistant

You are fluent in French, English and Spanish

* Minimum 3 years' experience supporting at executive level.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, appreciating the need for diplomacy and tact.

* High level of discernment, integrity, and confidentiality.

* Strong computer skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Strong organizational and clerical skills and ability to coordinate project oriented tasks.

* Patience for detail and administrative process and procedure.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently.
