Executive assistant - 100% - fr/eng

New 12 March Genève, Geneva Perm

Our client is a well-established company within the financial sector

For 2 Global Heads, you will be in charge of :

- travel organization

- expenses reports

- visa requests

- meetings/board meetings planning and organization

- lunch & events planning and organization

- incoming calls for your team

- event coordination and organization

- various administrative duties : correspondences, reports, proofreading

You will also be the back up for the CEO's assistant if needed

Previous experience in a simlar role (5 y) and fluency in ENG (C1/C2 required)

A fast paced environment in an international and well-established company

- at least 5 years of experience in a similar role with senior management and executive level

- your prior exeprience is in one of these sectors : trading, investment banking, asset management or a family office

- a background in the hospitality industry (4* & 5* hotels) is an advantage

- strong organizational and communication skills

- diligence and competence in the work, integrity and team spirit

- a self-driven person, you are multitasking and meticulous

- a hard worker feeling at ease to work within a demanding environment

- proactive and ready to adapt

- native/bilingual both in French and English

- a third language would be an advantage, especially Spanish
