Executive Assistant tasks:Prepare meetings and take minutes for the managementInternational travel management for the CEO including detailed agenda preparationPreparation and follow-up of various documents as well as conducting researchPrepare contracts for various colleagues and partnersWelcome guests and customers and ensure they are well taken care ofInbox management including correspondence in German and EnglishOrganize internal and external events

Office Management tasks:Ensure that facilities are kept intact, and daily business can commenceAct as the first point of contact for various solution and service providersSupport the on and off boarding of new employeesAlways remain approachable for employees when general inquiries ariseOrder office supplies, order company events and gatheringsSupport with HR related topics
