Executive & office assistant with legal background (m/f) 100%

For our client, an investment company within focusing on real-estate project, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive personality to support the team as Executive Assistant and Office Manager with legal know-how. Working closely with the Senior Management team you hold an allrounder function.

Executive AssistantAgenda management to the CEO and other senior management membersOrganize travel arrangements and reservationsPrepare internal and external meetings and take meeting minutesCreate expense reports for the teamSupport the compliance department with contract managementManage the client database and ensure it is kept up to dateIndependently work on different projects for the management

Office ManagementOrder and distribute office suppliesEnsure that newcomers are welcomed and that their work stations are set upProvide some basic IT/technical support to the teamVendor management and negotiating supplier contractsEnsure the smooth running and tidiness of the office

Familiar environment with new and modern offices in Zurich

Opportunity to take responsibility and develop oneself professionally

Successfully completed commercial education, ideally with a further education as ParalegalAt least two to three years of previous experience working in a similar position within a corporate environment, preferable in the financial industry or a law firmFluency in English and German, both written and spoken, is a mustGood understanding of the Microsoft Office packageAbility to integrate into a calm and quiet working environmentVery service oriented, and confident personality with a professional presentationGreat communication skills with all levels of seniority
