Our client, an international Bank located in central Zurich, is looking for an Office Manager 100% able to start immediately. You should have relevant experience as an Office Manager, be fluent in German and English and able to hit the ground running.

- Managing the reception and the post

- In charge of all administrative processes

- Handling contract matters (getting signatures, filing, point of contact)

- Coordinating meetings, conference calls and video calls

- Organizing international travel arrangements

- Planning and executing internal and external events

- Ordering office supplies

International Bank in the middle of central Zurich

Temp Contract with possibility of permanent takeover

- Commercial education

- 2 or more years of experience in a similar position

- Fluent in English and German

- Excellent MS Office knowledge

- Confident, autonomous and calm under pressure

- Cheerful person that takes her/his work seriously
