Primary coordinator for personnel business planning for Zurich OfficeHR specialist of the full recruitment process, including liaising with direct candidates, third- party recruiters and internal hiring managers; assessment administration; interview assessments and facilitation of the employee on-boarding processCo-ordinate the completion of HR-related surveysRespond to employee queries pertaining to benefits, including pension, medical insurance, vacation allowances, and others as outlined in the Employee HandbookWork on global HR ProjectMaintain and update HR databases, spreadsheets, manual filing and software systems, including leave management and performance management applicationsManage local Employee relation matters with local managementRepresent HR at local executive and branch meetingsAssist in developing HR policies and procedures in practice, recommending appropriate changes and updates for policies and manualsBack-up for the payroll and benefit processes
Work in a fast-paced and international environment
Manage all of the local Office's HR topics and contribute to HR-related projects
HR professional qualification5-10 years' experience in an HR role, preferably in Financial ServicesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to act with confidence with all levels of an organizationAbility to work under pressure managing multiple tasks/projectsHigh attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and GermanStrong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookA strong work ethic, commitment to meeting deadlines and the ability to work flexibly
