The objective is to deliver excellence in HR operations (payroll, administration, service oversight etc.) and business partnering in Switzerland.

In a collaborative manner you build and develop strong relationships with all stakeholders. You will have a dual reporting lines to the CEO and the Regional HR leader. The reporting will include different reports based on data analytics.

Your focus will be on driving the talent strategy agenda in line with the business strategy in your country/cluster) and building the right skill set.

Lead the resourcing program that will secure talented employees over the next years from an increasingly difficult labor market.

Advise and support the senior management in succession planning and development of executive management positions and support key managers in their own personal development.

You will leverage HR specialists, the HR Shared Services and offshore capabilities to deliver efficient HR services and to maximize alignment and synergies.

Ensure compliance with existing HR programs and policies; apply applicable laws; ensure compliance in all employment areas.

Lead Employee Relations and offer an appropriate employee's experience during the entire employee life cycle. This will include all the major HR processes and operational activities likeRecruitment

Responsible and manage all HR related projects and system implementations for Switzerland

*Do you feel comfortable in a complex matrix environment?

*Do you have affinity for new technologies like AI?

Higher degree in HR, business administration, social sciences, law or similar.



10 years of experience within HR in an operational, conceptual and strategic role within a consulting firm and/or financial services



Proven track record for introducing and implementing HR policies and processes which are pragmatic and effective



Expert knowledge of Swiss labor law



Excellent spoken and written German, English and French



Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts and build strong and trusting relationships at all levels



Good sense of organizational constraints, comfortable in a complex matrix environment

High level of flexibility and energy that helps you adapt in a rapidly growing environment



Affinity for the IT industry and new technologies (social media & AI)
