Interim finance and administration manager (m/w)

Our client is a Commodity Trading company based in Geneva, with offices abroad.

Financial accounting and reporting - Group (IFRS) and Statutory (Swiss GAAP)Processing of all monthly financial transactions for the companyBudget preparation support, including 2 additional entities with limited operationsExternal Audit ManagementSupport Treasury Management and forecastingTax and VAT compliance coordinationPayroll processing and administrationIT coordinationFacilities managementParticipation in ad-hoc local and global company projectsOccasional travel to European Headquarters in UK and other operating company locations

You have 3-5 years of experience working in a Finance Administration position

You are perfectly at ease in an international and demanding environment

Master's degree (or equivalent diploma) in Finance or Business Administration3-5 years of experience working in a Finance Administration position, preferably in an international environmentKnowledge of Swiss payroll structure and all related social contributions/Pension FundMicrosoft Dynamics NAV (or similar financial ERP) experience is a plusMS Office proficiency, especially MS ExcelSwiss national or in possession of a valid Swiss work permitFluent in English and French. Any additional European language is a plusCustomer focusedExcellent communication skillsAttention to detail, while keeping the ability to see the big picture

A temporary role in a well established and human sized structure where you will get to interact with different teams and third party suppliers.
