Our client is an international Group based in Geneva.

The International Tax Manager will be responsible of the following tasks:

- Provide support in defining, designing and implementing the transfer pricing model and documentation for the Group, developing analyses, reports and policies with regard to international transfer pricing regulations.

- Manage and review the calculation and price determination processes for Group inter-company transactions,



- Drive ruling negotiations with tax authorities to optimise the fiscal position (whilst minimising tax risk),

- Ensure overall compliance with international transfer price related laws and leverage financial benefits deriving from the international presence of the Group,

- Assist with Tax Audits, litigation and compliance, dealing directly with local fiscal authorities and advisors; Provide guidelines on litigation management strategy,

- Drive implementation and monitor correct operational execution of the most suitable solutions required to minimise negative impacts on Group's financial statements and reputation in accordance with the tax strategy,

- Provide tax support as required in relation to extraordinary operations or adhoc projects (mergers, acquisitions, liquidations, transfers of intangibles), ensure overall compliance with international related regulations and support corporate strategic planning, collaborating with Group Legal, Treasury and other Financial departments,

- Analyse relevant tax jurisdiction laws to guide the business decisions towards the most efficient corporate tax structure, supply chain model and Indirect tax set-up,

- Supervise implementation and execution of tax compliance procedures and risk assessment controls liaising with local finance and operational colleagues to ensure timely and effective execution of the Group tax strategy,

- Monitor the evolution of tax accounting items with material impact on the effective tax rate and analyse tax payments to minimise negative impacts on the Group cash tax position,

- Review cross-border transactions to identify tax risks and suggest the most suitable corrective solutions, if needed, to ensure compliance with local direct and indirect tax laws.

International Tax Manager

International environment

Master's degree in Tax Law/ Economics or equivalent education required,

4 to 8 years of experience with tax in an international environment,

Fluent in English - Another European language would be an asset,

Good understanding of local cultures and tax environments in several different jurisdictions,

Initiative, active listening, solution-driven, service oriented, capacity to prioritise and work under pressure with tight deadlines,

Resilience under pressure.
