Our client is from the financial sector.

You will support the Chairman/Principal on personal aspects :

- extensive travel arrangements and agenda/appointments management

- family affairs management

- organize personal events

- point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- correspondences and office management

- answering and organizing incoming phone calls

- back up the Executive Assistant

You are a dedicated hard worker, ready to work within a challenging environment

Previous experience as PA or Guest Relation Manager , fluency in ENG (C1)

You have an experience in a similar role in a family office or as Guest relation manager in the luxury hospitality sector.

You are dedicated and flexible, loyal.

You are autonomous, organized, magnanimous, and stress resistant.

You know how to connect the dots to support the Principal in an efficient manner.

You are aware of Swiss business and involved in domestic market.

You have an outstanding communication and writing skills both in French and English (C1 at least)
