Greet and welcome guests

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office and deals with various enquiries

Book and prepare logistics for in-house meetings and business lunches

Do the liaison with the other company's offices

Receive, record, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/couriers

Frank mails and take care of the cash journal in the company's system

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Check and improve invoices

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material

Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

You are available asap

You are fluent both in French and English (at least C1)

You have:


a previous experience in hospitality (4-5* hotels) or in a similar role.
