The development of new business opportunities across institutional clients for the Investment advisory businessThe ability to lead and successfully sell across a broad variety of clientsBuild relationships, generate new leads and drive pipeline management and the associated sales process for both internally and externally generated activityLeading prospect presentations and delivery by working with internal resources and stakeholders across multiple teams to maximize commercial opportunitiesEffective internal and external networking across segments to generate and develop new leadsDeliver to pre-agreed AUM and revenue targets

Proficiency in the Swiss pension, funding, investment, and regulatory environmentSolid knowledge of asset management, the institutional investment landscape, and relationships with institutional investors, especially Swiss pension fundsDegree educated and further industry qualifications (IMC, CFA, etc.) would be advantageousExperience of new business and successfully executing the sales lifecycle from prospecting new clients to closing and funding the dealAn understanding of consultative selling within the pension and institutional asset management marketCommitted to a career path within commercial leadership and institutional business developmentOutstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsCIO Capabilities on a strategic levelThe ability to build solid working relationships, influence, and persuade at senior level (internal and external)Decisive and results-orientated, highly disciplined, proactiveProficiency in both German and English is required, French is a strong plus
