The Support Engineer is responsible for the day to day operations and maintenance of CACIB information system in a specific technical domain ( Infrastructure, middleware and application support ).
This primarily involves execution of standard requests, resolution of incident and implementation of changes.
Main responsibilities
The Support Engineer core responsibilities is to cover the following areas:
- Incident resolution
- Change control and implementation
- Request execution
- Problem management

Experience in Banking environment and / or international organization

Degree in relevant field
